- Configuration, maintenance and documentation of the IT infrastructure, including in the Microsoft and ERP environment
- Analysing and rectifying system faults in IT support
- Supporting users in the IT helpdesk
- Further development and optimisation of the system landscape
- Support for software products including procurement, installation and maintenance
